Omaha Beach: Fri 8-10am
Start Friday by the sea witih a wood-fired sauna and refreshing ocean dip. Book a 15 min or 30 min session and stay for as many hot and cold rounds as you like.
Matheson Bay: Wed 9-11am
A relaxed mid week reset in beautiful Matheson Bay. Enjoy the wood-fired sauna, cool off in the bay and leave feeling refreshed and recharged.

Ease into the weekend the sauna, sea and good company. Come alone or bring a friend for a relaxed community session by the water.
